First Holiday w/o our Baby

We decided to get away for a little while and went for a week's break to Beijing/KL just to catch a glimpse of Beijing before Olympics 2008.

There were massive construction, re-construction, renovation, cleaning going on in each corner of the city all gearing up for the event. To me, it was just a look-see-look-see kind of trip but Sam was so excited at the thought of visiting the "Gu Gong" and all the ancient historical sites that he actually woke up BEFORE 0630HRS EVERYDAY!! Poor me, kenna dug out of bed to visit those old and dusty places ...

Of course we missed Sofia so very much and were counting down to the days we would see her again. This photo was taken at one of the baby changing rooms in a shopping mall in Beijing, had wished so much Sofia was there to take a photo with me!

Rendezvous @ Fairy Cave

Dad and mum were feeling restless on Saturday morning and had plans to sneak off for a rendezvous at Fairy Cave.
The quiet whispers and sneaky eye exchanges could not escape my eyes. The smell of conspiracy just got stronger and stronger and before I knew it, they have already scuffled out of the door behind me ... HUMPH!!!!

I was sleeping so soundly at home when Dad & Mum insisted on me taking my 4th month injection tonite.
Urggghhh ... I really don't like to be dragged out of bed when I am sound asleep ...
Fortunately it was pretty quiet at the clinic and I could still continue my sweet dreams ...

But the pain from the needle was TOO MUCH for me to bear ...

WWWWWWAAAAAAHHHHHH ........

You BAD BAD people ... next time I will also give you an injection when you are ASLEEP!!!

Pineapple Head

My hair has started to grow and flourish but as they were still very short, my hair were all STANDING!!!
