When I first saw this Ikea coffee table, it fitted my criteria very well.
It was round in shape, no sharp corners which means Sofia would less likely have a serious injury if she knocks or falls against it.
The table was white in colour and they makes it very easy to match with our existing furniture.
It is a two-tier table which is pretty useful as the lower tier would hold the ugly mess of newspapers, magazines, etc. and we could still put our drinks and remote controls on the top tier.
Now I realised I made a mistake. The lower tier actually help Sofia to climb to the top of the table EASILY. It was like a stepping stone for her. And once she is up there, she would dance, shake, laugh and do anything, as if she is on center stage.
